This is a beautiful signed 1997 Richard Silver Paperweight Sculpture blue and clear Art Glass. This piece is in beautiful condition a couple of very small scratches which are hard to photograph. It actually has a passthrough hole which is fabulous. This piece measures approx. 4 3/4″ x 3 7/8″ x 3 1/2. Please see pictures for a better description.
